Festive Holiday Tradeshow & Mixer

This annual holiday trade show and mixer for Saturn Barter was perhaps the most festive and Christmasy design of the season! December is our company's busiest month of the year, yet oddly enough, our clients rarely ask for traditional decor.

This event was warm and inviting to guest with a rich color pallet of cardinal red and forest greens with pops of gold. Nestled in a faux forest, the 32ft stage was dressed in brocade and burgundy satin drapery. Victorian lamp posts stood to the sides while garland and holiday wreaths accented the stage.

The dining tables were adorned with gilt candlesticks, topiary spheres, evergreen boughs accented with cherry red spheres heralding the holiday season. The smaller cocktail tables were decorated with centerpieces of Crimson mosaic candle holders, evergreen boughs accented with cherry red spheres.

The PJ Hummel & Company trade show booth was inspired by old Hollywood Glamour with a color pallet of platinum and champagne with sterling accents. Two swarovski crystal tufted moon chairs created a lounge near industrial inspired podiums. Ornate silver candelabras dotted the landscape with LED pillar candles. Champagne and silver satin drapery was pulled back to reveal diamond beaded drapery, while a 14 ft tall metal tree displayed crystal chandeliers.

Northwest Event Show 2014

Our second trade show of the weekend was banquetevent.com's Northwest Event Show! This is the 12th year in a row we've been at this show, wow! We continued the Versailles theme with a two sided booth showcasing our new opulent soft seating, and our fabulous new wooden glow bar! This beautiful bar folds flat to fit though any tricky venue hall. We also created an Urban Garden attendee lounge with our grass benches, and a lush entry canopy!

Urban Unveiled

PJ Hummel & Company partnered with Seattle Bride Magazine to design and produced this years Urban Unveiled bridal show!

The theme was Belle Soirée - An Opulent Evening at Versailles. The goal was to increase the 'wow' factor with a brand new venue (Georgetown's Seattle Design Center) and over-the-top theme. This annual wedding show, which feels more like a swanky cocktail party, is meant to connect the best vendors with the area's brides, grooms, moms, maids and anyone else who feels like tagging along.

The Seattle Design Center was transformed by PJ Hummel into a gilded palace dripping with gold & glamour. The entry was lush with our new sheer green damask drapery and topiaries. The front foyer was lined with tiffany blue dupioni drapery with gilded mirrors, thrones, and candles.

Two floors were completely draped in white satin for the tradeshow vendors. PJ Hummel's booth featured a vintage backdrop and our new Versailles furniture. Three 14 ft tall metal trees with illuminated diamond chandeliers dotted the entry and the mega bar featuring four of our signature glow bars. Two lounges showcased our grey velvet tufted soft seating. The top of the staircase displayed three 12 ft tall palladian windows framed in more dupioni drapery. The fashion show emerged from a champagne colored satin canopy with metal and crystal vines. Our new ice chiavari chairs were used as VIP seating for the show.

The evening was ornate and truly regal~
